QRtoLead is a software-as-a-service product owned and operated by Aadhi Infotech. For account, billing, website, and platform data, Aadhi Infotech acts as the data fiduciary or controller, as applicable.

For lead information collected through a customer's QR page, the customer shown on that page decides why and how the information is used. We process that data on the customer's instructions to provide the service.

• Account and business information, including name, business name, email address, phone number, team membership, and login records.
• Lead and enquiry information submitted through a page, including contact details, company, interests, answers, consent choices, and source or campaign details.
• Usage and technical data, including QR scans, page visits, device and browser information, security signals, timestamps, logs, and feature activity.
• Billing information such as plan, payment status, transaction identifiers, invoices, and tax details. Payment credentials are processed by the payment gateway and are not stored by us.
• Communications with support, sales, and grievance teams.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide QR pages and source attribution, route enquiries, operate approved follow-ups, deliver analytics, process subscriptions, issue invoices, provide support, prevent misuse, comply with law, and improve service reliability.

Where consent is required for marketing or messaging, the business using QRtoLead is responsible for collecting valid consent and honouring withdrawal or opt-out requests. We do not sell personal information.

We share only what is reasonably necessary with the customer that collected the lead and with contracted providers for cloud hosting and database services, authentication, email delivery, analytics, messaging (including the WhatsApp Business Platform where a customer connects it), speech-to-text for voice notes, AI-assisted features where a customer has them enabled, support, and payment processing. We may disclose information when required by law, government authority, fraud prevention, or to protect users and the service.

The primary QRtoLead database is hosted in India (Mumbai region). Some contracted providers — for example messaging, email, and AI-assisted features — may process limited information outside India, with reasonable safeguards and only as needed to deliver the feature. We retain records only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Backups and legally required financial records may remain for a limited period after deletion.

We use encrypted connections, access restrictions, tenant separation, protected server credentials, signed webhooks, rate limits, monitoring, and audit records. No online system is completely risk-free, so customers must also protect passwords, devices, permissions, and credentials.

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may request access, correction, completion, deletion, consent withdrawal, or grievance handling. A person whose details were collected through a QRtoLead page may contact the business named on that page, or use our privacy request form, which needs no account and passes the request to every business holding that mobile number. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may prevent the requested service from being provided.

QRtoLead may use essential browser storage and cookies for login, security, preferences, and service operation. Analytics technologies may be used to understand performance, and a business using QRtoLead may add its own analytics or advertising tags to its lead pages. Where required, optional technologies will be used only after an appropriate choice is provided.

QRtoLead is intended for businesses and adults. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child's information was submitted without lawful authorisation.
